Lead futures dip 0.45% on sluggish demand

Lead futures were trading lower during the noon trade in the domestic market on Thursday amid subdued demand at the spot market.

Analysts attributed the fall in lead prices at futures trade to profit-taking by players at current levels coupled with low demand at the spot market.

At the MCX lead futures for October 2019 contract is trading at Rs 155.55 per kg down by 0.45 per cent after opening at Rs 156.10 against a previous close of Rs 156.25. It touched the intra-day low of Rs 155.50 (at 12:20 hours).
