Pearl Polymers posts Q2 net loss of Rs 4.36 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 4.36 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 2.88 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 25.39 per cent at Rs 31.83 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 42.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter operating expenses dropped by 20.89 per cent to Rs 34.12 crore from Rs 43.13 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 17.78 per cent at Rs 0.53 crore versus (Sep`18 Rs 0.45 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 387.23 per cent to Rs -2.29 crore as against Rs -0.47 crore in the year ago period while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 548.65 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 20.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.04 crore
