As of September 2019 58.66% is owned by Indian Promoters and 41.34% by Public.


Institutional holds 2.10% (Foreign Portfolio Investors 1.97% Financial Institutions 0.01% and Mutual Funds 0.12%) and Non-Institutional holds 39.24% as Public shareholders.


Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Rathi Graphic Te company are Sharl Packaging (India) Private Limited (37.66 lakhs shares / 22.91%) Raj Kumar Rathi (31.73 lakhs shares / 19.30%) Alpha Stocks And Finservices Private Limited (19.78 lakhs shares / 12.03%) Sushila Rathi (6.77 lakhs shares / 4.12%) and Saurabh Rathi (48942 shares / 0.30%).
