As of June 2019 75.00% is owned by Indian Promoters and 25.00% by Public.


Government holds 1.40% and Non-Institutional holds 23.60% as Public shareholders.


Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Sri Chakra Cemen company are K V Nagalalitha (19.65 lakhs shares / 21.83%) V V Nagalakshmi (18.78 lakhs shares / 20.87%) K Vijay Kumar (10.78 lakhs shares / 11.98%) V V S R Anjaneyulu (8.81 lakhs shares / 9.79%) and Krishna Rama Industrial Investments Ltd (5.69 lakhs shares / 6.33%).
