14-Dec-2019 This has reference to our letter dated July 1 2016 informing thereby the temporarily discontinuation of operations of manufacturing facility of Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products Limited (`JACPL`) Company`s material unlisted subsidiary due to unfavourable market conditions located at Kapasan Rajasthan engaged in the production of Single Super Phosphate.

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the JACPL have decided on December 13 2019 to re-commence the operations of manufacturing facility located at Kapasan Rajasthan w.e.f. May 15 2020.
